Do you already have your xem in the balance or are you saying that after a week the deposit was confirmed?

Hello. Stolen NEMs by cryptopia? Last Friday, I bought about 1000 NEM on Cryptopia, then instructed them the transfer to my NEM wallet. Now, Wednesday evening, I can’t understand the transaction is still reported as “Processing”, and they even don’t give me a transaction id.
I’m raised the issue two days ago already on their support, but I don’t get any reply. The ticket is “Awaiting admin reply”. The NEM appear on my balance on Cryptopia in the total category, but not as available. If the status keeps like that without any answer from Cryptopia, I’ll have to conclude Cryptopia stole my coins. By the way, I had done successful operation of similar size few weeks ago, so I thought Cryptopia was safe to operate,… but not apparently. I’ll update this post, if I get some answer or action from Cryptopia.
