CCleaner cleared my Chrome browsing history and I lost 5.5 XEM and 3 Mosaics from the faucet. Now every time I click the faucet my balance resets to 0+whatever I scored from the faucet over the past 24 hours.
Any advice? Maybe just stop using the faucet? I thought the cookie balance details were kept on the faucet server.

What is the logic begin your algorithm?
Are you just check if amount time to high ? (Cause that would be wrong)
Are you checking if a user play more that 24 times in 24 hours ?
So my band score is to high, how did it get to high.
Why are the other guys getting whitelisted with same error ? If suspicious of using bot is raised then it should be same level for all. So all blacklist and stay blacklisted.
You ask to clean cookie and if this happens again. If I get 1st price and you give me this same excuse ?
Going to leave the faucet…i lost all my XEM again…cause captchas would not work and recoverytool cleans cookies…just a waste of time… months for nothing.
@namuyan Please let someone help you with running the faucet - it causes lots of frustration and thereby shies away people who are new to NEM.

The faucet explanation clearly said the balance is held in browser cookie. If you mess your browser cookie, or somehow delete it (be that reinstall of a browser or manually deleteing cookies, or with some browser script, whatever…), it is completely your fault.
There are tools to backup/restore cookies in case you have to repair your browser. Have that in mind before doing anything with the browser or cookies, if you wanna hold your collected XEM
