The faucet operator (Namuyan) has disabled the option to withdraw due to a vast amount of spam accounts made on the faucet. Due to this abuse/exploit, the withdraw option is disabled until Namuyan successully filters out all the spam accounts manually. This will take however long it has to take. The only people you should thank for that are those who decide to abuse the system.
Additionally, due to this, Namuyan has lost some of the enthusiasm on running this faucet. I have absolutely no idea where or how this will end but it seems prudent that I should explain what’s going on since all I see are post regarding the greyed out withdraw button. There are also some other problems plaguing the faucet such as the NIS issue which should be resolved eventually (as long as Namuyan hasn’t given up on us).

No ETA has been given when the option to withdraw will be enabled again. The only people you should thank for that are those who decide to abuse the system.
The withdraw issue is well-known and @Namuyan (faucet admin) is fully aware of the situation. Please stop flooding this forum asking why or stating that you are unable to withdraw.

True, that would be indeed useful but we don’t know how active the admin is either. Last I checked, due to the increase work load of filtering out spam accounts, Namuyan lost some of the enthusiasm with the up-keep. No idea if this means the project is dropped or it’s just taking however long it’ll take.
