Both are running now.
Thanks man.
This Ubuntu vps also fails for the āChain partā
What kind of check is this?
What reward can a masternode expect on average? If a user has a server it would be nice to be able to cover the cost of hosting with the rewards. If rewards are totally random it would be difficult to do any plans for the future how to use the reward.
Lets wait a day and see how the node is doing
Chain part test requests 50 blocks near the end of the chain and checks if the returned blocks are valis.
Checked and it seems both are running. I activated the node.
It is planned to payout 70k xem per day. Having 100 supernodes that means 700xem per day and per supernode. So do the math and decide if that covers your costs for renting a server
I dont follow your calculation. Clarification: 70k XEM is the planned rewards per day for all supernodes? If there are 100 supernodes in the world one node gets 70k/100 = 700XEM. How many supernodes are there or will there be? Are all supernodes the same or is reward dependent on the processing power / bandwith etc. that the supernode has?
In the first phase it is 70k xem for all supernodes per day, yes. So indeed it is 700 xem per day and per supernode if there are 100 supernodes. But how many there will be is something i cannot predict. Right now we have less than 100 passing all tests. The payout will be the same for all supernodes that pass the tests, no matter how they passed the tests.
@Thefient: the boot key you are using for NIS is not the same you are using for the servant. Change the NIS boot key or else your node will never pass any NIS test.
I passed the test! http://supernodes.nem.io/details/112

Thanks for the help and patience.
Is logging into the walletIs the only way to see which block I have harvested?
Or is there a website where you can see (read-only) your account and what is happening?
If you want to see the individual blocks, then i guess the wallet is the only place. For an overview over the account (which includes the total number of blocks your account harvested) you can got to http://chain.nem.ninja/ and put your account address into the search box.
Does anybody have any ideas why my nodeās performance test has no results for height, chain part, and version? These values were fine early on but something changed when I upgraded the node to the latest version awhile back and I canāt figure it out.

Any help is greatly appreciatedā¦
A few posts above yours i told you the answer.
Iāve sent a message to change the IP of NEMron: http://supernodes.nem.io/details/111

Thanks!
Oops, how did I miss that. Impressive precognitive tech support :D. Could have sworn I double checked that but you were right. Added the correct boot key and restarted NISā¦
crosses fingers
Thanksā¦
When can I expect a test message?
@Fatih87SK01: Your node has to pass 4 consecutive rounds to be eligible for the message. The transactions are sent after a complete round which is divisible by 4, e.g. the next batch of transactions goes out after round 532 finished.
Ok. Iām waiting for round 532 then =)

Should have the new ip now.
