I think it is working again.
I checked Nems ports were open, and I do have a fixed ip address.
Rebooted my router.
Then… Read the supernode blog guide again, and noticed in the servant config properties that nem.protocol = http4
I didn’t have the 4 (just http)
Have added the 4, and I seem to be showing on the network again
For now… 
i only have http and it works for my nodes…
mmmm… strange
Maybe it was the rebooting the router that fixed things?
Just hope it stays that way!

I am curious about the minimum balance of 3,000,030 XEM. Back in Jan 2016 this looks to be worth around $800, but now its worth $600,000 which makes participating in the supernode program all but unatainable for anyone new to the currency.
Is this the intention, or is it possible that the minimum balance will be adjusted to take into account the big inflation in the value since the program was originally launched?

It is not planned to lower that minimum balance since there already are enough supernodes for the network to be strong.

I am trying to set up a supernode but the nano wallet and the stand alone version both show different delegated private keys / addresses. Which one am I supposed to take? I activated delegated harvesting on the nano wallet a few months ago
Edit: I just went with the Nano wallet details, guess it doesn’t matter.

Since you activated the delegated key in Nano it was the right decision to use that delegated key.
Are you sure the supplied delegated public key is correct? And delegated key is activated?
I see 0 balance on corresponding the main account.
