Most people predict another dump, so whales will take it up IMO…

Whales buy according to two simple rules but difficult to identify for plankton:
buy at:
1. Rumor
2. Dips
we have both now.
correction buy at rumor sell the facts/news, plankton makes it in 99% reversed way
