Please verify if these transactions exists in blockexplorer: explorer.ournem.com.
You should have transaction hashes in Cryptopia withdraw history.
If they doesn’t exists you must contact with Cryptopia support.

I finally got my XEM at Cryptopia. I’m transferring it right back out and it’s 20 XEM!!! I’ll post if I don’t get it but I guess I will have to wait 2 weeks. That place is a joke and should not be listed for trading XEM.

You guys need to get on Binance but Poloniex isn’t bad so I recommend using them.

@pawel - I am not getting any response from Bittrex. And when you call the phone - they try to collect other wallet passwords, ID details - this is 100% SCAM. And check feedback from other people:

I transferred XEM from Bittrex to Yobit forgetting to enter the “message”. Bittrex from how “completed” the transition but on Yobit no trace. How can I recover my XEM?

in your bittrex withdraw history you should have transaction hash. Could you copy paste here?

Only way to return your tokens now is contact with Yobit support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Yobit account.

Please someone tell me i sent 1500 XEM to my fresh NEM mobile wallet. 48 hours ago but I didn’t receive yet. And shapeshift said that you status is conformed but in my NEM wallet XEM is still zero

Have you transaction hash or please give me your address. You can change selected node.
On dashboard view you have tools icon, click it and go to servers and select another one node from list.
