I hope this is HitBTC… They gave this transaction hash (which I cannot find in the ledger): 301228034ff69fc843f744224c0654ee273b36e8494e1e15dd6cab5f541238d0
And a transaction ID (which I assume is part of their bookkeeping): 6b59f4ba-3d7f-4ecf-83db-3605c8d11054
This shows up in Payment History (but it doesn’t give any status).
Does my wallet look OK? I am worried that somehow it isn’t functional.
GOOD NEWS
Cryptopia finally refund my NEM, I have nem in cryptopia WALLET balance again.

CRYPTOPIA LAST ANSWER:
Hi Zyconix75,
The transaction failed to broadcast so we have cancelled it and returned your XEM to your account.

Cryptopia Wallets Team
Now I don’t know if I try to send again to my wallet…
@pepa65
Your wallet. Looks ok. I don’t know why hitbtc has problems. For testing I have sent to you 0.1 XEM. You can send me back (if you have not only paper wallet) just to aquire public key. Maybe it allows process transaction hitbtc but I’m not sure.
Hallo Pawelm,
I ask you for the last time to help me.
I’ve contacted many times with LiteBit.
They sent the coins to NANO.
And they say, when the coins are on your balance, you must can trade with them.
(see screen-shot 18)
But i try that and it doesn’t work.
When i fill in the amount of NEM, my NANO-adress and the sending adress of LiteBit,
than tick on Send, i get: Failure_Insufficient_Balance (in red).
See screen-shot 19.
LiteBit don’t understand this.
Please help.

First of all don’t use wallet from mijin.io…
You should get wallet from nem.io/downloads and run it locally.
Secondary you have 0 XEM balance so what you want sent?
First you have to transfer them to your Main account from the Trading account.
Update: there is now a 0.1 XEM amount deposited into my wallet (message: Test) from account NAJ2XVTSTWOKVF2H4SELYBDMZPOLQSH47QT37F4I. I am guessing this is HitBTC being very careful…? Or someone else?? Anyway, the wallet seems capable of receiving funds.
And what is this “message” that seems so important in NEM?? I did not fill in any message. What are you supposed to fill in?
@Zyconix75
Looks that Cryptopia wallet now is synchronized … https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=XEM
So probably good moment.
@pepa65
No it’s me I just send you this one transaction
Please look at comment above: Exchange Support. Lost XEM at an exchange? Post here!
Thanks for testing my wallet! Can I only send back by installing a NEM wallet application, or are there other ways?
thanks!
I have to put only my NEM address with no message right? (cryptopia --> mywallet)
and also address with no “-” characters?
By the way, I know my public key. Do I need it for something?
I had a similar problem, I put the message without encrypting and the account was correct but it took 2 days and several hours and the transfer has not arrived. Could it be due to a slowdown in the Nem network to process all operations? Does anyone know what can happen? technical support does not answer for 19 hours to send the ticket.
You can send back by installing nanowallet and importing your private key.
Yes you know public key but in network it will be visible after your first outgoing transaction. Maybe HitbTC uses it for something…
Hi,
I read a conversation thread where people talk about the same problem. The only solution is to wait for the technical support service to answer. The data of my transfer to poloniex are correct. Thanks for your help.
