Because you didn’t include unique message code required by Bittrex to process transaction automatically you must contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your account. Sending small transaction with correct message allow Bittrex confirm that this transaction belongs to you.
Your unique message code is visible in Bittrex deposit page for XEM

The transaction is confirmed by cryptopia but I can’t see ID transaction in NEM Netwok.

You have sent from sepctrocoin. This is known issue that transactions sent from spectrocoin.com directly to other exchagnges (like Bittrex/Poloniex) will be not processed automatically. More about this I wrote here: XEM transfer from Spectrocoin to Bittrex missing.
What you can do now is contact with Bittrex support, provide transaction hash and ask for manually credit this transaction to your Bittrex account.
My XEM (NEM) transaction has status complete on cryptopia but I don’t see it on NEM network.
what can I do?

You must contact with Cryptopia support and ask for explanation. They should return your tokens to your exchange account.

It really looks like some exchanges are preying on XEM withdrawals, not actually submitting them to the NEM ledger and probably hoping customers will give up by not replying to support tickets.
Somehow the key people behind NEM need to take action with these exchanges to protect their users, or issue a clear warning against certain exchanges.

Please check if chronobank doesn’t require attach message code to process transaction. Probably yes because almost all exchanges requires it.
