Finally received my deposit of XEM that I deposited on 1-17-2018 to Hitbtc. Very ridiculous that people/investors of these coins have to go through this process of retrieving deposits alone especially when it’s so so easy to purchase them. My advice to everyone is to consider coins that you invest in and never stop trying to get what’s rightfully yours.

This one you used not showing correctly transactions sent as v2.
Probably also this is the reason why transactions from Huobi are not processed by Cryptopia.
Huobi sending using v2 protocol. I asked them couple times to change it but without result.

I’m pretty sure that Cryptopia will not process any transaction from Huobi or Spectrocoin directly. I will notify them about this bug.
For your case only way is contact with Cryptopia support also and ask them to process it manually.
I was transferring my NEM from my coinpayments.net wallet to livecoin wallet and I unfortunately forgot to mention the NEM message while transferring.

Usually you have to contact the wallet support.
You probably need to get the transaction hash and send it to them.
Depending on the style of wallets these are I would contact coinpayments first, since they will have all the transaction details on hand.
They should be able to identify your transaction and may be able to fix it from their end.
If not you may have to contact livecoin support.
