How i can sort this out?

Hello @Dmitry
You must contact with Cryptopia support. This transaction is not visible in blockchain:

Not first similar problem with Cryptopia last days.

I recently experienced coins not showing up on YObit.net account after transferring from Bittrex account. The address and message was all entered correctly and the transfer ID is 24ed2ac0321b9cbff4dddd3785838f91e379d725d3d94cfa4eab60fc256bdccc, however, when I asked YObit for support this was their response:

Dear User!
Support answer:

Deposit/Withdrawal coin will be available after you upgrade the source code of the wallet. Unfortunately the developers are in no hurry to send you updates

  • therefore, in order to avoid the loss of users, the network is not available.
If you have updated the source code of the coin, send us (https://yobit.net/en/maintenance_request/ Free)and we will promptly correct the problem on the coin.
Thank you for contacted the support.

Anyone have an idea on how to get them the source code they speak of? I doubt I am the only one experiencing this. Thankfully I used a much smaller amount as a test bed than what I had overall planned.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Michael

They just copy paste some standard answer and when you ask about details no answer…

i has been contact vip exchange and bittrex excange and him not answer, where wrong?

Hello @Letterking,
You should contact only with vip exchange. If transaction id is not visible in blockexplorer that’s mean transaction was not made correctly and never leave vip exchange. Only they can help you because it’s error on they site.

thanks my friend, i has been contact vip and him not respond me, u look it my transacction before is right same addres and message and its can recieve in my bitterx wallet, but in my last transaction is completed and i did’t receive my NEM in bittrex. its mean trouble in vip?

@Letterking yes. Your input is correct but I think vip exchage has some technical problem when sending transaction. I don’t know this exchange and how fast they support is (hope it’s fast).

youre the best my friend i will try call vip exchange. i hope my XEM back and i will sent you xem too

Hello @Hadi_Hojatpanah
This transaction doesn’t exists in blockchain explorer:

Is this transaction from Cryptopia ?

yes he sent from cryptopia

I had sent 900 NEM to poloniex on 8/10/2017, but somehow the last 5 characters of the address were left off.
The odd thing was that I had used the QR codes in poloniex.
NBZMQO7ZPBYNBDUR7F75MAKA2S3DHDCIFG775N3D
ended up actually going to
NBZMQO7ZPBYNBDUR7F75MAKA2S3DHDCIFG7

The “message” was correct. Is there any way to get my coins back?
I’m not sure how these things can be resolved.

They probably never left your account as that’s probably not a valid target address. Please tell us your account so we can verify this.
Genereally speaking, if you do send XEM to the wrong address, as is with all cryptos, they can not be recovered unless you’re lucky enough to find out who the address belongs to and they send it back.

I don’t think it’s possible to sent from nano wallet to invalid address. And if it will be network reject this transaction probably.
As @memario have written please provide your public address.

My Address is NBUIFF-CCIJ7E-WBKKQZ-KRRKR3-QOP7RR-GHJFGH-KNQ4
I’m not sure what you mean by my account? does that mean my address or public key?
My public key is

My NEM wallet only shows 19.7751 XEM, so it’s definitely not there. I have no idea how to check these transactions in the chain. How can I find the txid?

Something really messed up happened, because when I sent this I quadruple checked the message and the destination address before pulling the trigger in the NEM iphone app. I just recently figured out it left off the last 5 characters.

actually, it looks like it was correct

The coins just never made it into my polo account.

@mkrygeri problem is with message code. It should be not encrypted.
You must contact with Poloniex support and provide link to this transaction (http://chain.nem.ninja/#/transfer/fa45b908cccb08ce199cff03dfdf8b30b9ce0f676d2a5f2c45dfd0ecd6a45d88)
They should return your founds.
